Sarah Eddy

Sarah is a fully qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique. In order to qualify she successfully completed a three-year training course at the Brighton school for Alexander technique with Suzie Sanderson and Chris Element, and is certified to teach the Alexander Technique by STAT, the professional association of certified Alexander Technique teachers in the Uk and establishes and maintains the nation’s highest standards for teacher training, certification and membership.

As an original cast member of the internationally acclaimed stage show “Stomp”, she has been performing with the group for 17 years, performing all over the world on the stage, TV and films.

She trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London for television and Film, and has since performed on numerous television shows around the world including the Academy Awards in Los Angeles, Off Broadway New York, The South Bank show and The West End London.

A good many years in show business has provided her with a wide range of performance skills and styles.
